We know that the break-up of a marriage often causes financial hardships and restrictions in cash flow. We will work with you to create an affordable payment plan. In many cases, we are able to have our clients spouse contribute to the legal expenses. We also offer a budget friendly $599.00 plan for an uncontested one count divorce.

Payment - Our Firm offers several flexible payment plans in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law. For most of our Family Law clients, the initial consultation is at no charge. We do require a retainer to be paid when you engage our services. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

For clients who are represented in Bankruptcy proceedings, the payments for those proceedings are defined by law. Our attorneys will discuss with you the costs of your bankruptcy filing and the allowable payment methods
